Yes. If the borrower remains current on the loan for initial term, we may grant a 3-month loan extension.

Draw Inspection Fee TBD (as many or few draws as the borrower chooses). The repairs must be started by the borrower and then reimbursed by Flip Funding in phases.

7. What type of loan scenarios qualify for this program?
