3. Can I get a loan in my personal name?
No. Commercial properties must be purchased under an entity.

5. Do you allow loan extensions past maturity date?
Yes. If the borrower remains current on the loan for initial term, we may grant a 3-month loan extension.
6. How does your draw work for construction loans?
Draw Inspection Fee TBD (as many or few draws as the borrower chooses). The repairs must be started by the borrower and then reimbursed by Flip Funding in phases.
